Switch On now has its own separate database. Website enquiries are saved with a reference, requested services, job details and contact permission. Preferred dates remain requests, not confirmed bookings.
Before this portal can open
- Verified owner account and secure access approval
- Service pricing and team availability
- Business contact and invoice details
- Email and payment connections, if required
The customer and team portal stays closed. Service emails are connected. Online card payments remain in sandbox testing; calendar automation is not enabled. Booking and quote records have separate groundwork; the copied tools still need adapting and testing.
