It depends on the property size. Packages start From £120.00 for a studio and rise by bedrooms and bathrooms. Extra bathrooms and oven cleaning are add-ons; the fridge is included. See all packages.
Can you clean at short notice?
Often, yes. Tell us your date in the request and we’ll confirm what we can do. Short-notice work is always subject to availability.
Can I book same-day housekeeping?
You can request it. Same-day visits depend on the team’s availability, Mon–Sat between 8am and 6pm.
How do I book a regular cleaner?
Choose Home & carpet cleaning in the booking form, pick regular housekeeping and give your preferred day and time. Housekeeping is From £18.00/hour. The office then agrees how often you need us and confirms your first visit.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes. Request end-of-tenancy cleaning, and include the property address, handover date and key arrangements. Each property gets its own written quote.
Do you do commercial deep cleans?
Yes. Request commercial cleaning and tell us the type of premises, its size, when it can be accessed and what needs a deep clean. Commercial cleaning is From £18.00/hour and every site gets its own written quote.
What is in your end-of-tenancy checklist?
Our end-of-tenancy checklist lists what is usually cleaned room by room and how to prepare the property. Your written quote confirms the exact scope.
Do you charge by the hour or a fixed price?
End-of-tenancy cleans and carpet cleaning use fixed packages by size. Housekeeping, commercial cleaning, removals and handyman work are charged by the hour with a minimum. Every job is agreed in writing before work starts.
Can you help with removals?
Yes. Tell us what’s moving, from where to where, and any stairs or parking limits. Removals are quoted for each job.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Ilford and focus on East London. We also cover London, Barking, Dagenham, Romford, Stratford, Greenwich, Bromley, Croydon, Essex and Kent. We confirm coverage for your postcode with your quote.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We’re closed on Sunday.
How do I pay?
Bookings currently use cash on completion, with no deposit or card required. Nothing is paid online with a request. The final written price and appointment must be agreed before the booking is confirmed.
Is submitting a request a confirmed booking?
No. A request starts the conversation. The booking is confirmed only once you accept the written quote and the date is agreed.
Do I need to supply equipment?
No, we bring the cleaning equipment. Let us know about any products you’d like us to use.
