What is included in an end-of-tenancy clean?
The agreed scope can cover kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and floor cleaning. Appliance interiors, cupboards, carpets, windows and specialist tasks must be identified in the quote. Use the room-by-room scope above as a starting point, rather than assuming every task is automatically included.
Do I need to empty the property first?
Tell Switch On whether the property will be empty, partly furnished or fully furnished. Removing belongings and clearing agreed cleaning areas helps access. Work around remaining furniture or inside storage needs to be discussed before the quote is agreed.
Are ovens and carpets included?

How long will the clean take?
The time depends on the property size, condition, agreed tasks and team allocation. Share the handover deadline and the team will discuss a realistic window. Submitting a preferred date does not confirm availability.
Does the clean guarantee my deposit back?
No deposit-return guarantee is included. Cleaning is only one part of a property handover. Agree the cleaning checklist and any inspection requirements in advance, and keep the quote and completion details for your records.
Can cleaning be arranged after my removals?
Request both services and include the collection time, handover date and key arrangements. Switch On will review the sequence and confirm what can be coordinated before either job is booked.
