How it works
Clear before work starts.
Your request is reviewed by our office, who agree the scope, price and date in writing. Nothing is booked until then. Bookings currently use cash on completion; ask in your request if you need a different arrangement.
We clean to the agreed checklist. We can’t promise a particular deposit or inspection outcome, as that depends on the tenancy and the inspector.
Can you clean several properties?
Yes. Send a separate request for each address so every property gets its own quote and appointment.
Can you also clean the carpets?
Yes. Carpet cleaning can be added to a tenancy clean, and tenancy-plus-carpet bundles are on our prices page.
Do you need to be let in?
Tell us how keys will be handled. We agree collection and return with you before the visit.
